Terms of Sale

MILAN MAD, established in Belgium, sells the pieces presented on this website. Correspondence: concierge@milanmad.it.

An order is placed as a guest — no account is required. Your order is accepted once payment is confirmed and you receive an order confirmation by email with an order number. We may decline an order where a piece is unavailable, where pricing is manifestly incorrect, or where payment cannot be verified.

Prices are shown in euro and include VAT. Payment is taken at checkout by card and other methods offered by our payment processor. We do not store your card details.

Shipping is complimentary worldwide to the countries listed at checkout. Orders are dispatched within 2–5 working days. Delivery normally takes 2–4 working days within the EU and 4–8 working days elsewhere. Risk passes to you upon delivery. Duties or import taxes outside the EU, where applicable, are payable by the recipient.

If you are a consumer in the EU you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, inform us by email at concierge@milanmad.it before the period expires and return the pieces unworn, undamaged and with all tags and packaging intact. We refund all payments received, including standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. See our Returns & Refunds page for the full procedure.

Personalised or made-to-measure pieces and sealed fragrance whose seal has been broken are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Goods must conform to the contract. The statutory legal guarantee of conformity applies for two years from delivery. Natural variation in leather, silk, and hand finishing is a characteristic of the material, not a defect.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited under Belgian law.

Belgian law applies. Consumers may also rely on the mandatory protections of their country of residence and may use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
