Shipping & Delivery

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 2–5 working days. You receive a dispatch note with tracking as soon as the piece leaves the maison.

Belgium and neighbouring countries: 1–3 working days.

Rest of the European Union: 2–4 working days.

United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway: 3–6 working days.

United States, Canada, Australia, Japan: 4–8 working days.

Prices include VAT. For destinations outside the European Union, any import duties or local taxes are determined by the destination country and payable by the recipient on delivery.

Pieces arrive in the maison box with dust bag and, where relevant, the authenticity card. Keep the packaging until you are certain you are keeping the piece — it is required for a return.
