Privacy Policy

Order data: name, email address, telephone number, shipping and billing address, the pieces ordered, and the payment status returned by our payment processor. Card numbers never reach our systems.

Correspondence: the content of emails you send to the concierge.

Technical data: essential cookies and, where you consent, analytics cookies. Your bag and wishlist are stored in your browser only.

To take and fulfil your order and to provide after-sales service (performance of a contract); to meet accounting and consumer-law obligations (legal obligation); to secure the site and prevent fraud (legitimate interest); to send editorial mail where you have asked for it (consent, withdrawable at any time).

Our payment processor (Stripe), our hosting and database provider, and our transactional email provider act as processors on our instructions. Carriers receive the delivery address needed to bring your order to you.

Order and invoice records are kept for the statutory accounting period of seven years. Enquiries are kept for up to two years. Newsletter consent is kept until you unsubscribe.

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and you may withdraw consent at any time. Write to concierge@milanmad.it. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be).

Where a processor operates outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
